Conditions for Return/Exchange

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Have the original packaging, tags, and accessories where applicable
• Not be damaged by the customer

How to Request a Return/Exchange

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide:

1. Order ID
2. Reason for return/exchange
3. Clear photos/videos of the product
4. Your contact number

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Products damaged after use, washed products, or products without original packaging/tags may not be eligible for return or exchange.
